Out-of-Network Insurances
Rates are owed out of pocket. Superbills can be provided for those with out of network insurance benefits to submit to their insurance provider for reimbursement.
Good Faith Estimates
If you do not have an in-network insurance and pay out of pocket, you will be provided an estimate of the total expected costs for services and potential fees.
Cancellation Policy
There is a $50 fee for missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 24 hour notice).
