Position Overview
Depending on license and interest, clinicians may provide:

Qualifications
We welcome applicants with any of the following licenses:
LMSW‑Clinical

Master’s degree in Social Work
-
LMSW‑Clinical license in Michigan

2+ years of clinical experience

Strong treatment planning and clinical decision‑making skills
LLP
-
Master’s degree in Psychology
-
LLP license in Michigan
-
Strong therapy skills; testing experience optional

LP supervision available
LP

Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology

LP license in Michigan
-
Strong diagnostic formulation skills
-
2+ years of therapy experience
-
Testing experience preferred but not required
Across all license types, we seek clinicians who are organized, reliable, consistent with documentation and scheduling, and able to build and sustain a stable caseload with practice support.
Schedule & Compensation

$70,000–$120,000 annually, based on license, schedule, and experience

$2,000 sign‑on bonus ($1,000 paid at 6 and 12 months; contingent on caseload stability and performance)
