Position Overview

Depending on license and interest, clinicians may provide:

• Individual therapy (adults, adolescents, or a mix)

• Brief diagnostic evaluations (LP)

• Optional specialty services aligned with your training and interests

Qualifications

We welcome applicants with any of the following licenses:

LMSW‑Clinical

• Master’s degree in Social Work

• LMSW‑Clinical license in Michigan

• 2+ years of clinical experience

• Strong treatment planning and clinical decision‑making skills

LLP

• Master’s degree in Psychology

• LLP license in Michigan

• Strong therapy skills; testing experience optional

• LP supervision available

LP 

• Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology

• LP license in Michigan

• Strong diagnostic formulation skills

• 2+ years of therapy experience

• Testing experience preferred but not required

Across all license types, we seek clinicians who are organized, reliable, consistent with documentation and scheduling, and able to build and sustain a stable caseload with practice support.

 

Schedule & Compensation

• Choose 32 or 40 hours per week

• No evenings or weekends required

• $70,000–$120,000 annually, based on license, schedule, and experience

• $2,000 sign‑on bonus ($1,000 paid at 6 and 12 months; contingent on caseload stability and performance)
