Compensation: $55,000 – $120,000 annually (based on license, hours, and experience)

Hampton Psychological Services (HPS) is a growing outpatient practice led by a Licensed Psychologist. We’re evolving from a successful solo model into a collaborative group setting with a shared commitment for clinical excellence, ethical care, and professional growth.

 

Position Overview

We’re seeking licensed or limited licensed psychologists and licensed social workers who are ready to grow with a practice that invests in its people. You’ll provide individual therapy and brief diagnostic evaluations in a private practice setting, with opportunities to expand into specialty services based on your interests and expertise.

 

Eligible Licenses

• Licensed Psychologist (LP)

• Doctoral Educational Limited Licensed Psychologist (Post Doc / DLLP)

• Limited Licensed Psychologist (LLP)

• Temporary Limited Licensed Psychologist (TLLP)

• Licensed Social Workers (LMSW)

 

Ideal Candidate

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or Master's degree in Social Work with a clinical concentration

• 2+ years of individual therapy experience preferred

• Familiarity with diagnostic assessments

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture

 

Schedule & Flexibility

• Full-Time: 40 hours/week $65,000-$120,000

• Part-Time: Minimum 32 hours/week $55,000-$96,000

• No evenings or weekends required

• Flexible scheduling with mix of in-person and telehealth

• Hybrid option available
