Position Overview

We are hiring Licensed Psychologists (LP) to provide:

  • Individual therapy

  • Brief diagnostic evaluations

  • Optional specialty services aligned with your interests

 

Clinicians maintain a stable caseload through consistent scheduling, timely communication, and reliable use of practice systems. HPS provides a steady flow of referrals and strong administrative support; clinicians contribute to long‑term caseload stability through professional communication, relationship‑building, and dependable follow‑through.

Qualifications

  • Doctoral degree (PhD/PsyD) in Psychology from an accredited program

  • Licensed Psychologist (LP) in the state of Michigan

  • Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience treating adults, children/adolescents, or both

  • Private practice experience preferred

  • Ability to competently serve all age groups preferred

  • Demonstrated strength in diagnostic formulation, treatment planning, and clinical decision‑making

  • Highly organized, reliable, and consistent with documentation, scheduling, and follow‑through

  • Capacity to build and maintain a stable caseload with support from the practice’s referral and administrative systems

 

Schedule & Compensation

  • Choose 32 or 40 hours per week

  • No evenings or weekends required

  • $100,000–$120,000 annually, based on schedule, license, and experience
